On behalf of the Virginia Council of Administrators of Special Education (VCASE), it is my privilege to welcome you to our website and community. As educators and leaders, we are united in our mission to ensure that every student with disabilities receives the highest quality education and support necessary for their success. 

At VCASE, we strive to empower administrators with the knowledge, resources, and professional connections needed to navigate the evolving landscape of special education. Whether you are a seasoned administrator, a new leader, a special educator, or an aspiring leader, you’ll find that VCASE is a community built on collaboration, innovation, and commitment to students with diverse needs. 

Our organization works tirelessly to provide meaningful professional development, legislative advocacy, and opportunities for networking and sharing best practices. Together, we aim to improve educational outcomes and make a lasting difference in the lives of students, families, and communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

About VCASE

The Virginia Council of Administrators of Special Education is
a professional organization that promotes professional leadership through the provision of collegial support and current information on recommended instructional practices as well as local, state and national trends in Special Education for professionals who serve students with disabilities in order to improve the quality and delivery of special education services in Virginia's public Schools.
